TAX RETURNED PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PARAGRAPH 10 (HOW THE PRIZE CAN BE CLAIMED)

Prize Draw Terms Updated – 19.02.19

1. Who is promoting and operating this prize draw: The promoter of the prize draw is (and We are) Tax Returned Limited (an English company, number 08828062) with registered office as First Floor, Winston House, 349 Regents Park Road, London N3 1DH.

2. Entry criteria: The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except Our employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

3. More information: If You have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the prize draw, please email Us at info@getyourtaxreturned.co.uk.

4. How to enter (general): You can be entered by properly completing, signing and returning to Us Our tax reclaim pack (which You can apply for by completing an online application at www.getyourtaxreturned.co.uk/claimform/). Once We receive this, if You meet the eligibility requirements, You will be automatically entered into the prize draw. However, We will not enter You into the prize draw unless You have given Us Your specific consent to Use Your details for this purpose.

5. How to send Your entry: All entries (i.e. each properly completed and signed tax reclaim pack) must be submitted by post to: Tax Returned, PO BOX 258, Wymondham, NR18 8DS. An entry must be received on or before the Closing Date (defined below) to qualify for the prize draw.

6. Limits on entry: (i) Only one entry per person is permitted. (ii) Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint entries are not allowed. (iii) The prize draw is not open to anyone in Northern Ireland.

7. Withdrawing from the prize draw: Entrants can withdraw from the prize by contacting Us at info@getyourtaxreturned.co.uk .

8. Opening and Closing Dates: The opening date for entries to be received for the £250 cash prize draw is 00.00am on 1 January 2019 (“Opening Date”). The closing date for entries to be received for the £250 cash prize draw is 23.59pm on 31 July 2019 (“Closing Date”).

9. How and when We choose the winner: The £250 Cash Prize draw: A winner will be drawn at random by a computer process before 14:00 on 1st August 2019 (“Draw Date“).

10. How the Prize can be claimed: After 14:00 on the 1st August 2019 (“Draw Date“), We will notify You via email that Your winning claim reference number has been drawn and ask which method of payment You would prefer (cheque or bank transfer). We will also ask You to confirm the information You put forward initially when completing Your claim form, so please ensure Your details are correct.

11. The Prize: The winner of the £250 Cash Prize draw who claims in accordance with Paragraph 10 will receive £250 (the “Prize”) through the method set out in Paragraph 10. completing Your claim form, so please ensure Your details are correct.

12. If the winner does not respond: If the winner of the prize draw does not contact Us to claim their prize within fourteen days of being notified by Us that they have won, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited.

13. Prize limitations: The Prize for the winner is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

14. Our decision is final: Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and We will not enter into correspondence about it.

15. Acceptance of these terms: Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the draw and to refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

16. Suspension of the promotion: We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so and will Use reasonable endeavours to inform entrants.

17. Disclaimer: Insofar as is permitted by law: (i) We, Our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by Our negligence, Our agents or distributors or that of their employees; and (ii) We accept no responsibility for entries (a) not successfully returned to Us; (b) not properly completed; (c) not signed; (d) lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered; or (e) which do not reach Us in a valid state for entry due to a technical fault of any kind. However, Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. Personal data: Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with Our privacy policy (https://www.getyourtaxreturned.co.uk/privacy/).

19. Law and jurisdiction: The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
